1 small Tomato sliced, for the colour and taste.

1 tsp Turmeric. Salt to taste. 1tbsp Oil.

Heat oil and fry paste adding Turmeric, Salt and tomato. When half fried, add Drumsticks and Potato. Stir well and fry till golden brown. Add water and cook covered till it is cooked and gravy thickens.

Delicious Sojinar Aanja (Curry of Drumsticks) is ready. Serve with rice.
